Mackay CEO^® Forums

Mackay CEO^® Forums was founded in 2005 by Nancy MacKay in Vancouver, Canada. It is a Canadian company that is female founded and led with over 1800 members across Canada. MacKay is a certified B corporation, which is reserved for businesses that meet the highest standards of verified social and environmental performance, public transparency and legal accountability, to balance profit and purpose.

The Commitment

Forum Grand’s Annual Rhythm and Commitment Expectations

Time Commitment:

Six full-day meetings annually, held every two months in Edmonton, Alberta

Each member is required to attend a minimum of four meetings in person per year

No hybrid or virtual attendance—these sessions are designed to be fully immersive

One annual retreat – typically 2 full days (excluding travel) These retreats are immersive, high-caliber experiences focused on:

- Business strategy and growth
- Personal development
- Unique, transformative adventures designed to push you outside your comfort zone

The Forums

CEO^® Forum Grand

For leaders responsible for P&L in companies with $5 million+ in revenue. Examples: CEOs, Visionaries, Integrators, COOs, Presidents, VPs of Operations

Executive Forum Grand

For executive leaders in organizations with $5 million+ in revenue who are not directly responsible for P&L.

Examples: Sales Leaders, HR Leaders, Controllers, VPs of Marketing, Operations Leaders.
